Media Encoder can't open project

Hi,

 

Hopefully someone can help as I haven't had any luck with exiting threads.

 

I am running AE and AME 2020 on Win10. When I try senda comp to AME it tha app opens but nothing queues, and yes I have the Queue window open.

 

If I try use the Add Source button and chose the project file manually it gives an error: "The project could not be opened". It works fine with other projects so something about this file is perhaps corrupted?

 

I have uninstalled and re installed my app, removed prefs, cleared cach and still nothing. Have tried importing the project into a new project, saving as a new file and still nothing.

 

Any suggestions please??

    What exact version numbers of AE and AME?

    I am having the exact same problem.  Some files show up in the AME queue, and the one I need to get to my client today will not.  This project has been rendered in the past using AME.  Project was on hold for a month or so, but I have not changed the software.  Running AE 2020 and AME 2020.
