Media Encoder cc 2019

Does anyone know where you can download Media Encoder 13.1.5 as it is not available on Adobe servers. This is the only version that is compatible with my version of After Effect.

Hi

I did what it says in this article. Unfortunately, the version that ME 2019
13.1.5 needs is not on the list of other versions.

I don't understand what this setting is going to change.
Since my old version 13.1.5 has been removed, so with the next update the
version that I have currently installed will be kept, version 15.2
How is this method to restore the ME 2019 version to 13.1.5
