Media encoder cc 2019 dont support my Nvidia 1060 6GB

hello guys

my encoder dont support my graphic card(1060 6gb) and i updated the driver to the latest (i think 419.xx) but my problem did not solved

my premiere 2019 supports that card an used it

Also i install Encoder cc 2018 an it supports Cuda and used it

please help me....

While I don't have a answer for you. It might helpful if you state you windows version?
