Media Encoder CC 2019 fails to upload videos to Vimeo

Hello all,

I have been having a continuous problem with exporting my videos from PP to Vimeo through Media Encoder. First of all videos that are 5-10 minutes long are taking hours in the queue and secondly, I will let them upload overnight and leave my computer and way later when I check on it, it says the videos failed to upload to Vimeo. Do you know what the problem could be?
