Media Encoder CC 2021 Close wen i put it to render

I have a system with an AMD Ryzen 9 3900x and a GPU Power Colour 5700XT, 32 GB Ram and when I send mi stuff from Premier up to Media Encoder, I get this message and it closes 

Someone, please help me I need to render like 30 classes I´m working on 😱. I have all my drivers up to date.
