Media Encoder Changing Renderer to Software Only

Lately I've been exporting a lot through Media Encoder. Mainly exports from Premiere and Proxy exports. In the settings, I have it set to defaultly use GPU acceleration, however several times I've noticed it has changed the renderer to "software only" before starting the render slowing down my entire process. Has anyone else had this problem?
