Media Encoder changing video dimension

I am not sure what is going on here. I built this animation at 1920x255 with square pixels. However, when I go to render it with media encoder it adjusts it to 1920x254 and creates a thin black line on each side of the video clip. I have it set to match the source file. I can adjust the height to 255 and it just goes right back to 254. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    • Have you tried changing the Height value under Basic Video Settings? 
    • Does it happen to a specific export format?
