media encoder converting failed

Hi,

I'm a novice, saw many tuto, but no effect... Media encorder takes days to convert my 40 seconds videos (from media effects) and in the end it blocks.

I don't know what to do anymore, can you help me?

Hi Karina244594959w5d,

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of Media Encoder that you are using & the system specs. Also, have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only to check if it's working properly?
