Media Encoder Crash every use

Every single time I try to use adobe Media Encoder, the program crashes randomly before it can complete a single file. I have never been able to get it to function appropriately one time. I am always up to date on current versions, I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. This is the case on both my Mac and PC work computers. Any recomendations would be helpful on how to solve this, as it would make a vast difference in my productivity.

I have the same issue on both of my devices.

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) running Mac OS Big Sur 11.2
2.4 GHz 9-core intel Core i9
16 gb

PC Desktop
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x 8-core procesor 3.8 ghz
32 gb ram
X64 based processor

Running Windows 10 Home.

Adobe Media Encoder just crashes every time I try to use it, before it even gets to 1% The rest of the time it just freezes and says (Not Responding) I have deleted and reinstalled several times, have tried incredibly low quality short clips to the usual. Eventually it will crash, no notification of any kind.
