media encoder crash when everytime i add my comp to media encoder

hi, i need a urgent help.

i use after effects and media encoder 2020 on mac, when everytime i try to add my comp to render quqe on media encoder, it is always crash to me/not add to the media encoder. when it is connect to dynmic server its not show the compistion to render, and then media encoder ends unexpectedly (crashing). i dont know what to do because i try all the ways, i talked with adobe assistant and we try to fix the problem but it is always come back. please help me on the comments what can i do.

im hope adobe will bring back in the future the h.64 option on ae.
