Media Encoder crash while exporting H264

I have a 4k Pro Res 422 master and want too make a HD H264. It is a web serie and has 9 minutes. 

My export set up is:

Format: h262

Preset: High bitrate

1920x1080

23, 976

Bitrate encoding: VBR, 1 pass

Have been trying this for a while. The computer crashes  every single time. It freezes the computer. So I need to turn off and turn on again the computer.  I am using version 14.5 and 13.1.5.

After insist using media encoder, try it in DaVinci and work very well. Faster and smoother than Media Encoder. 

Why does this happen?
