Media Encoder crashes mid render

Whenever I am exporting in Media Encoder, my program always brings up a crash report and I don't know why. I've tried both acceleration encoders and they still crash my application.

Hardware or GPU
Freeze or hang
Error or problem
Crash
Export or render

Which version of AME are you using?
Does it happen with every file? Are you encoding a prproj/aep file or transcoding a media file?
Could you share the crash log with us?
