Media Encoder Crashes over and over again

Everytime I open Media Encoder, regardless of what I do, even I simply open it and then do nothing with it, it will crash within 1 min of it being open. I can render anything and it will start but about 1 min of the app being open it will crash.

This is a brand new install of Media Encoder on a new built PC

Everything is up to date, windows 10, CPU: 3990x GPU: 5500xt 256GB Ram I have Software Encoding Only Selected

While double checking that Media Encoder was up to date I realized it was not, I just updated it and it seems to have fixed it.
