Media Encoder cs6 Queue Fails

I use Production Premium cs6. I can export from Premire Pro, but now, if I choose to queue my exports and then attempt to encode the batch in Media Encoder, all the exports fail. When I check the AMEEncodingErrorLog.txt file, it states 'Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted' which is nonsense since I can export the same sequence by using 'Export' in PPro rather than 'Queue'.

Can anyone help?

Ok, uninstall with the Cleaner Tool and reinstall and tell us how it went.

Thanks for your reply.

I am using Premiere Pro CS6.
It happens with every project - and has only just started happening.
Reinstalling - I haven;t tried this but this is a last resort.
