Question

Media Encoder desaturating random clips

Several of my exports for the last two days have parts of the video where it looks like the color has been taken completely out. I can't figure out what is causing it. Looks fine in Premiere program window, only shows up in export. Has anyone else encountered this?

We're sorry to hear about this. We can get this checked. Let us know the specifications of the media files used in the project & the export settings. Also, please share a screenshot showing the difference in the preview.
