Media Encoder does not convert full video file

When trying to convert VOB files to MP4, Media Encoder only outputs a few seconds of the file.

What am I doing wrong?

Try importing the VOB into Premiere Pro where you can view it in the Source tab as well as place it into a Timeline to double-check it's full duration.

 

A tricky thing about video objects is that they may not play as expected outside of a DVD player as how they were authored for playback when mulutiplexed is being ignored.
