Media Encoder does not move downward.

My Media Encoder does not move downward.

Also I can not find three icon (red, yellow, green)from my Media Encoder.

Which is normally located at the top left. (I am using Mac)

My Media Encoder is in this state now.

I want My Media Encode be like this.
