MEDIA ENCODER DOESN'T. EXPORT PROJECTS FROM AE OR PR

My media encoder does want to export mine After effects or premiere files.

This is what comes up when I try to send some to export there.

What should I do?

Thanks!

Do you have matching versions of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder?

What exact version numbers of each?
