Media Encoder doesnt launch

Hello, each time I want to export my video from AE /clicking on the menu in AE to ecport in ME/, the Media Encoder doesnt launch, freezes. Each time I must uninstall and install ME again.

It worked few month ago perfectly, I extended my Adobe package and since then is not working.

I have AE in ENG and ME in my local language.

Can you advise?
