Media Encoder Dynamic Link does not work in the latest update

I updated all, Media Encoder, Premier and After Effects and now the Dynamic Link does not work.  I get a message that said it failed.  I have had similar problems in the past and followed the path of others and simply re-installed old versions.  The problem is when I am in a time crunch, I do not have time to wrangle software while trying to get work out.  Could we please make sure all these interfaces work BEFORE the roll out.  Sorry to be grumpy but I missed my deadline today wrangling software.  This creates trust issues on updates.
