MEDIA ENCODER DYNAMIC LINK ERROR / CANNOT READ FROM SOURCE

Media Encoder not working I keep getting multiple errors:

Please dont ask if the file is there, THE FILE IS THERE.  It hasent been moved and is not missing. 

ME not working.
