Media Encoder - Error Compiling Movie

Hi i've recently been having this problem with Adobe Media Encoder which has just started happening with my most recent attempt at rendering my videos. I have been rendering and every single time I render Adobe Media Encoder has an Error Compiling movie message at the exact same timestamp. I thought that this was because I over edited the video and included too many effects so I took some out. Still the same thing. Even when pre-composing my video and trying to render a shorter version in sections, it still fails at the exact same timestamp every time. Here is my error log.
