Media encoder error not rending from Ae or when even manually done though Me

This is deepley frustrating. Every time I try to render something out I get this message "Adobe Media Encoder Error. Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unepected error and cannot continue." I've also tried manually adding source in media encoder and i get the message at the bottom of the import after effects composition "The project could not be opened".

I have macOS Big Sur version 11.1 only have my macbook a month.
