Media Encoder errors out many ways

I have been having a nightmare latly with adobe media encoder. first it would choke on cuda and now it chokes on openGL. im trying to export my footage that is AVCHD 60fos and this is the latest message i get from media encoder. Sme times it gives me low level errors.This is the latest media encoder.and a Canon Vixia hf g40 on a win10 system laptop
