media encoder exporting a blank / glitchy

I made an animation in Adobe Animate, and exported it to Adobe Media Encoder, the preview looks fine and just as I want it to, but when I open it depending in what program, it either has a black screen with slight glitches or just a straight up black screen. I have tried many settings such as changing from software to hardware, different presets in both animate and encoder, resetting preferences, I genuinely don't know what to do
