Media Encoder exports Broadcast Colors instead of clips?

Hello! I'm rendering a project from After Effects using Media Encoder and whenever I try to export it, it replaces one clip with broadcast colors. The audio is also cut off during this.

I used Export > Add to Adobe Media Encoder queue and am rendering on H.264, 720p.
