Media Encoder exports corrupted mp4

Hello, 

I'm trying to export a .mp4 video using the default settings of H.264 format, something I've done hundreds of times previously, the result is a non-working file with a minuscule size. Does anyone have an idea?

I'm using After Effects Version 23.1.0 (Build 83) & Media Encoder Version 23.1 (Build 81).
