Media Encoder exports video only 1 KB

Hello, started from today my Media Encoder has export my video only in 1 KB. 

i have alot of free space on all of my drives and i tried allready to uninstall the program.

Aditionaly, it wtire an error about XMP.

"Reading and writing this file's metadata (XMP) has been disabled after effects"

no guide that i found was able to help me or solve this problem,

hope someone here could help me.
