Media Encoder exports video with errors

I have created a video that rotates various product packshots. That means that I have multiple Layers of packshots the same size and position that are cutted together one after another, just the packshot color changes. After exporting the video through the Encoder, the video has errors that are not present in the file in After Effects. The packshot layers flicker, overlap, or do not display. The Encoder says that the export has been successful.

Already made several updates and tried to export on othe devices. Export settings are set on "maximum depth" and I rendered two passes.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
