Media Encoder failing every time I queue up videos

Just exporting from Premiere works fine, but the encoder, which is supposed to be a time saver, fails on every video. It has worked great in the past on this machine. They videos are :15 and :30 TV commercials. It doesn't matter what format I'm outputting in (MPEG2, H.264, .MOV), they all fail. I really need to get this working as I have about 40 spots I need to output in the next couple days. Please help.

Here are some generic troubleshooting items you can try.

You may need to clean cache files.  From Media Encoder's preferences > Media, please take a note of the locations of "Media Cache Files" and "Media Cache Database" indicated there.  Once you quit all Adobe applications, please go to this location and delete folders called "Media Cache Files", "Media Cache" and "Peak Files".

Clearing preferences may also help.  If you are using newer versions, please launch Media Encoder while holding the shift key.  This clears the preferences.

If you still see the problem, please try switching the option "Import sequences natively" under the Media Encoder preferences dialog.

If none of them works, could you tell me which version of Premiere and Media Encoder you are using?

Could you also tell me what the error says after encoding fails (File > Show Error)?
