Media Encoder indictates it is creating a MP4 file but I get a MV4 file.

I have been creating videos in After Effects and then using the Media Encoder to create mp4 videos. Two weeks ago the Media Encoder started creating M4V, ACC, and a MP4 file with O bytes in it instead of an mp4 file. The file name exention in the ME is mp4. The multiplexer says mp4 but I get M4V.

I can put the project on my personal computer and it exports fine. It just doesn't work correctly on my company computer.

Thanks for the reply Kevin. I was not using any special characters. But I did find out that it was the build. My company PC was at 23.1 Build 81. My personal PC was at 23 build 57. I reverted my company PC to 23 build 57 and it works fine.

What I noticed when I was having the probem was the encoder was making these three files as it was exporting and then it would stop. The old build made these three files as it was exporting them and then at the end these three files went away and the actual mp4 showed up./
