media encoder is not connection after effect file , render

hi, i need help I am using a media encoder on mac, i can not connect to the media encoder from after effect, 

I tried to update and reinstall both application but didn't work kindly i need help thanks.

Hi noman,

Sorry. What are the precise versions of these apps you are using? The only other things that can go wrong is security software, etc. Since you are on Mac, you shouldn't have any trouble so double-check the versions. If you are still failing, see if the Beta versions will connect with each other.
