Media Encoder Issue

Hey everyone, was wondering if anyone knew how to get an install of Media Encoder 2021? I have a few projects that require me to edit in Premiere/AE 2021 due to some preview transcoding issues in the newer versions, but I seem to have accidently uninstalled my Media Encoder 2021 version and can't seem to find anywhere to get it back. Right now I'm just editing in '21 and then upgrading the project to '23 to use the Media Encoder of that version, but it's just a bit of an unnecessary hassle.

Thanks!

Use the Adobe Cloud app to get an older other version.

yeah that's my issue, going through that prompt only gives me media encoder versions 22 & 23. Anything older isn't listed
