Media Encoder keep freezing + slow

Hi

I want to speed up my editing and rendering, 4k - 6k foteage, i need to know where is the probleme, wich parts of my PC i need to change or in the system, because no body is giving me the right answer. I had problems with playback, but with proxies now it's working just fine, but i have now serious problems with Media Encoder rendering, it stops in the middle and it Freez + it is slow, so i have to do it again from the beginning.

I work from a SSD (Sandisk) External Hard drive, but no big diffrence when it comes to rendering issue with media encoder
