Media Encoder keeps failing NEED THIS TO PASS MY CLASS.

It doesn't matter what the project is anymore, Media Encoder fails every single time it tries to export something.  This is my most recent failure message. It used to work no problem, and I havent changed any of the settings.  I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it didn't work.  Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated, as I have a class due this week and I need this done!!
