Media Encoder. Latest update

I am finding media encoder to be very slow and once I did this recent update it would now open either as stand alone or through the 'Add to media encoder' 

I found this solution. Do the update, quit everything, unistall media encoder, then do a fresh install. Works absoulutely fine now. 

1. Update

2. Quit all adobe apps

3. Uninstall media encoder
4. Fresh install if media encoder. 

Should all work.
