Media Encoder Missing Media MOGRT

I've seen a few posts about this issue and most have been solved by unchecking the native import box. I;ve tried this multiple times, restarting the application as well as the OS(High Sierra) Nothing works. Any MOGRT is use does not work when encoding with ME. I get the sense that maybe ME can't reference the original MOGRT in a specified location or something????  Can someone please help me with solving this problem ???

Yet another reason to seriously consider using ONLY photoshop.  It seems as though either Pr, ME, or both were installed incorrectly. Adobe, just get it right. You're getting more of our $$$ than ever before.
