Media Encoder - .MOV to STILLS/Frame Grabs Export

Good day!

I am using Media Encoder to pull framegrabs from a .MOV file.

How is it pulling/exporting the framegrabs, one per second? How do I change that? Is it going by the frame rate or something else? How do I set it so that Media Encoder pulls/exports a frame every 5 or 10 seconds instead?

Great tool but it's giving me tens of thousands of images...

Any advice would be appreciated!
