Media Encoder Not launching at all

Hi,

 

I tried reset computer, reinstalled several times, deleted every single adobe app, files and cloud for a full reset, used different versions of the Media encoder, and still nothing. When I press to start on the creative cloud is simply does not work. For sure there is some sort of bug, but from my side I tried everything I can do, therefore I would like to have some support.

Note: this is the 7 day trial version and I was eager to buy the annual subscription, but if this is a normal behaviour I don't think I'll be able to commit.

SOLVED:

I simply went to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30679 and redownloaded Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. I found it after trying to launch the program directly on the folder and it seems that it was missing MSVCP110.dll.  The link above will reinsert the missing dll.
