Media Encoder Not Opening after iOS Catalina Install

Media Encoder was working fine this morning. Installed Catalina this afternoon, and now Media encoder wont open. Unknown Error (screenshot included).

Tried Uninstall/Reinstall. Updated all Adobe apps.

Cant find any articles online, not sure what my issue is.
