Media Encoder not rendering

Trying to render from Premiere Pro to Media Encoder it does this.

It won't let me pause it either and I'm on the newest verisons of both ME and PP

This is happening to me too now all of a sudden. And I don't even have any markers in my timeline 😕😕 (which is usually the problem)
