media encoder not rendering after effects file

Question

i've been trying to render my aep for the last two days and it either gets stuck connecting to the dynamic link server, or stops encoding half way through. its a very simple video as well and only 10 seconds long.

same here. Since 2 days it works intermittently, I even downgraded both AE and AME and it still doesn't render. What's going on Adobe?
