Media Encoder Not Working

When I go to render a video from After Effects in Media Encoder, it pops up with an error message saying "After Effects: AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature." I do have Media Encoder downloaded and installed and I have had no issues in the past year like this, but it just randomly started happening. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Media Encoder.

I'm having the same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I'm not seeing a plugin called AEGP... Trying to finish a project tonight and this is so frustrating!
