MEDIA ENCODER OUTPUT FOR NEW CLIENT HELP

We have a new tv show that we are working on. We just got our delivery specs.  I find them super confusing. We normally just make apple prores 422 720p 59.94 stereo files for air, but these guys are 1080i.  I asked them to provide a mediencoder preset, but they said they don't have one.  Any idea how I could make my own preset based on the information below?  Note:  We shot 1080p 23.97 and thats what we are editing with.  They want:

HD VIDEO SPECS

OP1a MXF Container conforming to XDCAM HD422 specifications (per SMPTE RDD-9):

MPEG-2 VIDEO

1920x1080i @ 29.97fps

4:2:2 Chroma

50 Mbps CBR

Long GOP (12 frame)

NTSC Drop-Frame TIME CODE

The video essence must only be MPEG-2

Audio:

Channel Mapping for 2-channel Stereo Content

1 - Left Stereo

2 - Right Stereo

3 - MOS

4 - MOS

5 - MOS

6 - MOS

7 - MOS

8 - MOS

They also have information about closed captions, but they said they would do that part for us.  How do I get media encoder to output a file that they will be happy with.  I'm not sure where to start.  Thanks!

Hey.  I can help with that.

Here are the settings you need:

Format: MXF OP1a

VIDEO

Video Codec: XDCAMHD 50 NTSC (4:2:2)
Width:  1920  Height: 1080
Frame Rate: 29.97
Field Order: Upper First (only Upper or Progressive)  Normally NTSC is LOWER...so double check this with your client.
Aspect: Square Pixels
HDR - I'm assuming you have not produced this in High Dynamic Range...so leave this as it's defualt.

AUDIO
Codec: Uncompressed
Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Channels: 8 Channel
Sample Size: 24 bit

Maximum Render Quality.

You should be good to go.
