Media Encoder render withou sync with audio

Good Morning, I am from Brazil, and my English is bad, but, i have a problem tha i cant solve...

After render with a media encoder, my video losed the sync with the audio, but, when I render only with premiere, this dosent rappend, I searched in many places this erros, but anymore cant to help me. Thanks! I need use media encoder because are 200 classes to render.. please Help MEEEE
