Media Encoder Shifting My Video Layer Orange?

I'm having an issue with exporting video from premiere using media encoder. I noticed this while trying to use Frame.io And now it's an issue with any export I try to make with media encoder.

Anyone have any ideas?

It has something to do with the LUT I'm using. It looks fine in Premiere but when I kick it over to Media Encoder it looks like that. Strange...
