Media encoder slow or halt after ending last step.

Hello all,

Pls see attached. I have rendered 1 hour video, it is not finalizing the encoding. It stucked at this stage. Pls suggest solution.

Which version of AME are you using?
Does it happen with every project?
Also, please share your system details(OS, RAM, GPU, etc).

Hello Shivangi,

The problem is that i have alreday conveted all the layer of my project in avi format or mp4 format to save rendering time for 1hour length video. But with redering also in this case took 8-10hours.

1. Which version of AME are you using?

A. Media Encoder 2020)

2. Does it happen with every project?

A. No dear, It completed after 1.5 hours. But rendering of one hour video took 8 hours. It is huge amount of time. how it can be faster.

3. Also, please share your system details(OS, RAM, GPU, etc).

A. (i) OS = Win-10

(ii) RAM = 16GB (13GB dedicated for adobe application. I closed AE when rendering on AME)

(iii) I have laptop HP-450G4 , i5 7th Generation standard GPU.

Pls suggest solution.

Could you specify the GPU you have? We'll need to make sure the graphics card drivers are updated to the latest version.

Even after converting the media to avi or mp4, one can not gurantee faster rendering. Is it an After Effects project?

What is the source(camera, format, resolution, etc) of the media used?
