Media Encoder so slow to start up and add files

I know, many of you already posted how slow media encoder starts up but I just wanted to add this to the community in the hope that adobe will get their act together and come up with a fix.

I downgraded to version 14.0 and all is fine now. Must be something they did in the last couple of versions.
