Media Encoder sticking on 100%

Hi, I'm having issues rendering videos from Premiere through Media Encoder. 

 

Media Encoder will get all the way through the render but gets stuck at the very end leaving me with an incomplete .mp4 file, an unreadable .M4V file, a .aac file, and a .tmp file in my output destination. I don't get any errors, the process just stops and Media Encoder crashes when I stop the render.

 

I am exporting using H.264 format and my computer specs are below:

Windows 10 64 bit

Processor: Intel i7-9750H @ 2.60GHz

Installed RAM: 16Gb

Video: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2060 6GB GDDR6

    Same issue. It gets to 100% or 1 second left and that's it!!! Of course I'm still paying for something that regularly crashes. I'm only editing Osmo Action footage too - nothing too taxing...
