Media Encoder stops at export

i have a 1min 30sec long komp in after effects and whenever i try to export it in MediaEncoder it fails at the first 10sec.

The file isnt with mid bitrate 50mb big so it should be no problem for MediaEncoder but it still stops. I need this file asap for tomorrow and i have this problem since yesterday! I exported couple videos with higher bitrate and 100mb and it was no problem but now it struggles and doesnt even render a blank comp. I am using a surface book 2 with 15" with the current versions of ME and AE.

And a thing in noticed is that my laptop doesnt get loud while rendering anymore. My RAM is on 80% and CPU is really low at 13%.
